Valid credit card is required for all reservations. An authorization will be taken within 72 hours of the arrival date. your reservation will be immediately canceled if your credit card is invalid or unable to secure an authorized approval for the first night’s room and tax charges of your stay. Your credit card will not be charged until arrival at the hotel Authorization/charge releases for debit cards can take 5-7 business days. Little Inn By The Bay will not be responsible for overdraft fees or other fees associated with the use of a debit card.
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to 3 PM day of arrival. Cancellations inside of this time frame will be charged one night room charges plus tax. For group of 3 rooms or more, the cancellation policy is 7 days prior.For group of 7 rooms or more, the cancellation policy is 14 days prior. Holiday cancellation may differ. Specially July 4 th holiday, a non refundable fees applies to all reservations 30 days prior. All cancelled reservations will be issued a cancellation number. Cancellation numbers are required in the event of a dispute.
